We initially created the API before the update to allow closing of tickets but didn't finish the setup. We went back to it now and completed the setup and while tickets were created, if the alert was acknowledged in Sophos, it was not closing the ticket...

The last entry with hardware installer for UTM is from 2023-06-22...

If you are going to give users a link to a new feature documentation then give a link to that documentation page and not to the general documentation for every product. Forcing the user to then have to search for that documentation makes no logical sense...

Does the provisioning file force the client to always check for an updated configuration?
Or must the end-user manually re-import the provisioning file (or via GPO etc) for the automatic updates...
