UTM 9 software as ProtonVPN client

This question hasn't been asked in 7 years. Has anyone gotten this to work. Essentially, I'd like Proton to be the parent proxy for the UTM. Thanks!
UTM 9.720-5 - Admin portal fails to load after update

FYI. Just updated 9.719-3 with latest 9.720-5 and after update I could not open the admin portal. I had to roll back my VM to gain access again. Error from browser was "connection refused" so possible...
