UTM 9.720-5 - Admin portal fails to load after update

FYI. Just updated 9.719-3 with latest 9.720-5 and after update I could not open the admin portal. I had to roll back my VM to gain access again. Error from browser was "connection refused" so possible...

i saw a thread thats 8 years old, so someone did it, but i guess till now, thats kinda outdated. anyone here who installed it in that "last year" ? thanks
