Restrict iOS update to certain version on all devices

Hi, Is there a way to update all iOS devices to the same version. (iOS 14.8) even though iOS 15 is available? I know we can do this on each individual device. but is there a way to do this for a group? -> Update to 14.8 ( not the latest update) …
