Odd Email Alert from Sophos Central with incomplete template

I received the following email notification from Sophos Central on Mon 16/05/2016 at 2:06 AM, as you might notice it looks like an incomplete template.

My suspicion is that it might be related to a issue with delayed firmware upgrade on one of my AP as within a minute of this one coming through I received a notification that an AP had 'failed to update to the new firmware "0.9.1" in 120 minutes'

It seems that the alert notification might have tripped twice, the first time  around it did not complete the form.
