Yesterday evening all central wifi access points went offline in central, but devices could connect to them. No changes to xg 19 config beforehand.
Power cycled the APs, now nothing can connect and they are still offline.
Also tried to register a new Sophos switch, and I can see its traffic leave xgs firewall to sophos cloud, but nothing registers.
Anyone else seeing similar?
I already opened a ticket, but no response.
-update, confirmed on another account that central managed switch is no longer manageable as all change tasks sit in pending state, so seems to be general hardware management that is down vs just wifi AP related
Working for me. Checked last night (after a reboot of the XGS), this morning, and just now (evening) and Sophos Central shows my AP.
Hmm, odd indeed. Guess it's good news that this isn't widespread.
Self resolved sometime this AM. Unknown reason for outage.
Kindly help with more information. What was the exact time when this happened? As this was not across, the team would like to get some information for RCA.
