Limit guest network speed on cloud managed ap

Hi, is there any way how to limit bandwidth guest network running on APs internal dhcp managed from cloud?

Or should i create SSID with VLAN and on SG/XG eth vlan interface with qos?

Because when its not possible directly, then Guest network direct on ap makes no sense...
