Please check the Mail server is reachable from the SF.

Meanwhile, please share the awarrenmta logs

• echo > /log/awarrenmta.log
• run in debug: service awarrenmta:debug -d -s nosync
• Try to send mail
• Take logs and share

wich security settings do you mean

and where should i do that

Hi,

you will need to enable a security setting on the MTA. Retrying messages did not work for me, I had to delete all the old messages.
