Please check the Mail server is reachable from the SF.

Meanwhile, please share the awarrenmta logs

• echo > /log/awarrenmta.log
• run in debug: service awarrenmta:debug -d -s nosync
• Try to send mail
• Take logs and share

I have found out that the Mailserver does not ping

in the log I get the following message

ERR   Sep 27 14:20:22 [0xc0000613]: Connection closed: Connection reset by peer
MSG   Sep 27 14:20:22 [0xc0000613]: S='user@absender' R='user@Empfänger' subject='AW: 678-703' Size='74996' Status='Mail delivery failure. Connection was terminated abruptly.'

with telnet on port 25 I can reach the MX

Thank you for the logs, but we need to whole logs with debug

I can not share the mails in the forum because of data protection

can you provide me on email
