This is a known issue and the fix is already finished but it is not tested yet. I expect the fix to be in the next beta.

the same error occurs at DNS, IP and E-Mail as Local ID.  Generally, 2 identical Local IDs are not possible.

You are right the error is independent from the certificate type.

As Daniel said the fix should be included in the next beta. :)
