Hello Experts
I currently have the Sophos configured in MTA mode to filter SPAM and virus mails, this mails will be stored in the quarantine section on the FW and it works very good.
I currently get around 50 Spam Mails/day which the FW store in the quarantine section -> and fills up the storage of the box.
How to deal with this ?
My requests:
- I miss a knob to configure to delete Mails after x days/month automatically -> today this is not possible and I need to delete the mails manually
- A knob to configure 10/25/50/100/all entries per page -> and than I can delete all those with just two clicks (mark all and then delete) -> today it is a predefined mask with around 20 Mails per page or so and fix predefined.
Currently, I'm forced to check all stored mails to release the false positives (whitelist still missing) and I need that to do page by page as the current mask only allow around 20 Mails per page...
Did I miss something and how you deal with quarantine mails (my users are not advanced enough to log in the FW and do the job for themselves...?
