Recently upgraded from 17.0 Beta 2 to 17.0 RC1 and the web exemptions are not working anymore after some time. Reverted back to Beta 1 or Beta 2 until we find out more. Anyone having the same issue with 17.0 RC1 ?

I am unable to replicate it via a spare machine (Home Edition) with the same settings.

The screenshot below is what I have to allow facebook through my various firewall and application rules.
