Gateway Status

Admerson

Hi guys, after install beta firmware, I receive alert on all moment about my gateway status.

I have two wan links, port 1 and port 4, I test in XG135 and xg115
In both I have same problem
135 in production and 115 to do tests
In SFOS 16.05.7 MR-7 I don`t have any problem

    Hi,

    Does your Gateway Link is  fluctuating?

    It is showing dead, so up/down event will generate the mail alert

    is not  fluctuating.

    I have Problem only in beta v17.

    Hi Admerson,

    Logs showing that , you are checking the gateway status using IP Address "8.8.8.8".

    some times, it is getting timed out.

    Please check ping output from the device and report us if any packet loss is there.
