Report - Destination Countries – Synchronized Apps - EU / Irland

Hi all,

Noticed in the Report, there is a category " Destination Countries – Synchronized Apps" 

Ireland and EU is listed. 

EU is not a Country. And Ireland is included in the EU. Why is there a split?
