When you configure the LAN DHCP Server via the setup wizard, it does not actually configure the "Primary DNS" setting as its own IP Address. This means that clients cannot browse the internet without the configuration being corrected.
In this situation it should be enabled by default, just as it is for the two Wireless DHCP Scopes.
