Update from MR7 to 17Beta1 failed

I have a 64GB SSD out of which 30% are currently used.

You running on Hardware or on a Hypervisor?

When does it fail?

I'm running it on hardware. It is running great on v16 MR7.

When rebooting using the v17 Beta 1 firmware, it starts the configuration migration and then a few seconds after it issues the error message : 

ERROR(0x03): Failed to migrate config. Loading default.

Same problem here with my own Hardware!

Same issue. UTM running on own hardware, booted new beta but with default values. And it is not able to load old configuration file from v16.05 MR7.
