Hi folks,
I have long running cases about imaps mail scanning and incorrect classification of handshake messages. The issue has been around since at least v18 and the case was raised when I was running v19. The support team have advised they can no longer investigate the issue because I am running v20 on the XG115W and I need to raise the issue in the v20 EAP forum.
The spam sender and recipient are always "NA". The other issue is the strange reporting on "Spam".
The issue is client independent eg both outlook and mac mail generate the similar messages in XG mail report.
