SSLVPN: Wrong IP subnetmask / DHCP-server-IP / DNS-servers assigned

The clients connecting via SSLVPN to our SFOS19 HA-cluster are getting wrong ip-configuration assigned.

The configured subnetmask is /24, they are getting /25

the configured dns-server from the sslvpn global setting is assigned as a third dns-server und two not configured dns-servers (our domain-controllers) are assigned as dns1+2 - but that is nowhere configured on the XGS.
Where does this come from ?

Identical configuration on sfos18.5.2 behaves differently.
