When something is blocked by the WAF there is no indication in the log viewer about the related rule ID, this information should be added to the log. Therfore is not possible to exclude the rule in the settings
I know you can go to the console and look for it but in the home edition this is now not available in addition this the rule ID is relevant enough to show it in the standard log and it should be a quick change to implement.
