Sophos Security Heartbeat server certificate refreshed

There is a fix in the mail message.

I have the same issue, mainly to do with cm not providing the updated information.

I have deleted all my XG and aps from cm and waiting for advice on either how to delete or refresh my cm account to overcome the missing file.

 You are receiving this auto-generated message from Sophos Notification system to inform you about your Sophos Security Heartbeat server certificate was about to expire but had been successfully refreshed.

try this, unregister from sophos central

login to CLI enter this on the main unit

mount -o rw,remount /
cp "/conf/certificate/internalcas/cloud-ca.crt" "/conf/certificate/internalcas/cloud-ca.crt.org"
cp "/_conf/certificate/internalcas/cloud-ca.crt" "/conf/certificate/internalcas/cloud-ca.crt"
mount -o remount,ro /

if you have HA than SSH from the main unit to the secondary and enter the same commands

give it about 2 mins and then reregister to sophos central.

the certs are not getting updated when migrating over.
