Bug - AP15 needs reboot as ping becomes high

Can you provide exact version of AP firmware and SFOS where you were not seeing the issue? Also, were there any intermediate versions of SFOS that you had used while going from v15 to v19?

I am an XG user since XG v15. I did not upgrade directly from v15 to v19, but I am now on the latest version. Prior version 18.5, I had an AP 10 and then I purchased an AP 15. No problem at all. I moved to EAP 19, and reboot is needed every 3-5 days. I am using Software version and not XG HW.

Can you provide exact details of SFOS version from which you migrated to your current v19 version. Also, can you provide details of your current v19 version as well and which AP Firmware version are you using. You can check that from Backup & firmware > Pattern updates page on SFOS UI.

If you are on AP Firmware 11.0.018 when did you upgrade to it i.e. before migrating to v19 or when you were on v18.5?

AP version upgrade to 11.0.017 and then to 11.0.0.18 were made on SFOS 19. The firmware upgrade path was: 18.5 MR1 to MR2, back to MR1 and finally to v19.

Just rebooted again now before writing this message. It is very annoying, I am thinking to move back to MR1.

Hi Luk,

do the system logs show 11.0.18 or 11.0.18-1 when upgrading to the APs? My logs show a 11.0.18-1 during a system restart.
