There was a bug ID about this, as far as i know, fixed in V18 GA.

Ok, I managed to recreate this just once, then the daemon restarted automatically and I can't recreate it again.

I've managed to reproduce it again, following the same steps as before, after the service stops It shows nothing at the flow monitor.
