Hi Akilae,

what does your HA screen show, mine shows ready to connect, if I had an interface active for it and also an extra XG?

Thanks for sharing the information over PM. 

Based on the output you have shared.Below is the observation and recommendation 

• You are doing HA with different Flavour of SF Device : SO (Software ISO) and HV (HyperV) -> it must be same device
• Please take same device to do HA : SO and SO or HV and HV or any same hardware
