XG125 Rev3 - Reboot while applying XML files using APIs

Question

Hello,

We are actually testing some automatic configurations using APIs with XG125 Rev 3 appliances but we are experiencing some reboots without any reason at any moment of the configuration. Each file works individually without any error.

We are using SFOS v18 EAP3.
We saw in logs that a "Smart restart" command is executed by the appliance but we don't know why...

Is this problem known ? Can we do something about it ? Does someone has the same problem ?

 Thanks for the support and sharing the information over PM chat and issue got resolved for you. 
 We have analysed xml request and found that xml is changing the "time zone" after users part. 
 If you change the timezone then system will reboot to setup thing accordingly. That is the reason you are observing or feeling like a crash.This is expected behaviour 
 Below is the the recommendation 
 
 You can try your xml without NTP request , appliance will not reboot. 
 If you are using this xml as template please keep NTP Call in last so reboot would take place in final configuration part.
