I post this question because I had a problem few days ago.
I have a group on my Sophos XG where there is manual entry of black list domain name.
I had some like pox.us, bohn.us, biz4anyone.com etc.
But after this manipulation, all e-mail was block, like all domain name in the world. I saw on the log mail from gmail.com and others, rejected or drop.
When I delete this black list, the problem was solved.
Can you explain to me what happen ?
