How to create my own application category, to assign synchronized applications to it

Hi,

i have the following problem in my test environment.

I have on my clients the EAP Intercept X running and this can provide application informations to the new XG 17 (version SFOS 17.0.0 GA). That is working fine, i can find this new learnd applications in the synchronized application control list.

My target is to assign some of them to a "new generated" application category, to exclude this application from HTTPs Interception.

I have only the option to change the application category, but i have not found a option the setup a individual application category.

Is this option avaliable or do i need to find a other way to exclude exe files from HTTPs interception no matter to what website they want to connect.

I have not so much background with sophos XG, i have just started in the last weeks to build some use cases in my lab.

Any tip is welcome.
