Login Failure After Setup

Hi Everyone,

I received my new XG 210 yesterday and today went thru the registration process and everything seemed to go well. During the setup it asked to create a new admin password, which I did and recorded, however after rebooting I am unable to login into the GUI. I did change the LAN address during the setup but would that affect this password issue?

I"m assuming factory is admin/admin and my new login is admin/new_password. Not a good start.

Hello,

At the time of setting new password there could be typo error with Capslock on.

You can reset admin password as per bellow link.

I did think that was possible and tried with the caps lock on and no luck. My USB serial cable for console connections is at work, so I'll have to wait till Monday. Thanks

Got it, thank you. I'm such a doof I was holding Enter on the device not the PC. iyiyi but I'm in now. Appreciate your help sir.
