Unable to save SSL VPN Configuration and/or download Client

Hi guys,

I have an issue with a XG in AZURE SFVUNL (SFOS 16.05.7 MR-7) when it comes to SSL VPN.

1. Editing the VPN Settings leads to nothing after Applying and opening up again. It just reverts to blank as if nothing is saved.

2. Logging on to the User Portal and clicking Download Client and Configuration for Windows or any other option in this sections also leads to nothing. 

What I've done so far:

From a previous experience back to the early versions of 16 or late 15, I regenerated the Default CA but still nothing. I have also tried by uploading my own certificate. As I said, I have the option to choose my certificate in SSL Server Certificate in SSL VPN, but that does not 'save'.

Any of you been there, done that?¿?

    As I stated in the post, Sophos Support recommends that this issue be handled by them in order to avoid other undesired issues that might arise.

    I suggest you open a Support Case with the related information of your device for them to take a look.
