&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They related that is necessary erase the AP&amp;#39;s of the cloud.sophos, so i said that my 30 days evaluatian has expired and they renewed the evaluation and i could erase tha AP&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You cannot flush AP15 models, they are managed and updated by the XG update module. When you connect the AP to the XG, it will look for available updates for the AP modules and PUSH it after the download. Take SSH to the XG and restart awed services from the Advance Shell. Execute,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;service awed:restart -ds nosync&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
