Sophos Heartbeat block OS X client

Dear All,

 

I'm facing issue with our OS X 10.7 when I enable the heartbeat all the Mac machines disconnected from the internet when I checked the status everything looks like normal and all the machines clear at the same time I don't have any problem with Windows machines, all my OS X machines are joined on the AD I have Sophos Cloud advanced so any had the same issue with OS X operating system.
