Hi there.

I've got a new XG105, but can't seem to perform Firmware upgrades. The button is greyed out. Any tips?

(trying to nab HW-SFOS_16.05.4_MR-4.SF210-215)

Alexandre,

if reboot does not help, you need to open a ticket with support. They will run some commands in order to clean the firmware upgrade status and allow you to proceed with the Upgrade.

Hi Alexandre,

Can you please download the firmware update and manually upload it from the Web Admin GUI? You can find the firmware for your appliance from in MySophos portal.
