How should I set up SNMP on the XG to be like my old firewall?

HI B.R.O,

The SNMP parameters based on the OID value and is configured on the server instead. You may need to check the MIB file from the link below.

As for the configuration is like the Old setup as you did , you may refer the KB article, https://sophos.com/kb/125597
