Should I Upgrade Firmware to latest V15 or V16?

Just put in an XG115.  Current firmware is 15.01.0 MR 1-1

 

There's an update available for 15 to MR-3.SF300-447

There's an update to 16.01.02

Should I got with 16 or stick with 15.  I assume the update is seamless and doesn't screw any of the config up?
