I have a SFM 200 appliance. I have uploaded the license in my portal. but the licenses are not synchronizing. what to do?

I have completed adding necessary information about licenses in my SOPHOS portal. I did similar on my SOPHOS firewall appliances. But When I am trying to do the same with the SOPHOS FIREWALL MANAGER. Licenses are added but its not syncing.

I am really in trouble if I cant make it work. Anyone kindly help me.
