Initially, I was able to reach the ADMIN page, enter the static IP information for the internet connection, synchronize the licensing, etc.

&lt;p&gt;If you are not able to ping either the XG interface, connect a vga cable to you appliance, a keyboard and once are prompted to type password, you will see the console, option one to change the IP or choose other options (can&amp;#39;t remember the number) to reset to factory default. Use 0 to exit from menu.&lt;/p&gt;
