Initial Boot, FIRMWARE LOADER, keyboard does not work.

I'm using the SW-SFOS_16.01.1-202.iso image.

Install when fine and not it is sitting at the "FIRMWARE LOADER (press <enter> to display a list of images)

I press <enter> and then see this:

NO.  NAME

0   SFLoader

1 * 16_01_1202

Select(0,1,2):

I press 1 and no luck.  Nothing show up on the screen.  The <enter> key works so I don't understand what is going on.
