how to open FTP ports on Sophos XG Firewall

Can anybody tell me how to open FTP in the Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition. I tried creating a non-http business rule from any to my FTP server on port 21. From the LAN to my FTP server works like a charm but from WAN to my FTP server does not work. I feel kinda stupid not being able to fix this myself, but I just don't know anymore...

    Hi Jeffrey,

    Please post the screenshot of the business rule, I want to verify the configurations. If you have an additional IP provided by ISP configure an alias and define it as a hosted server address in the business rule. Do not define any external/internal ports in the rule i.e., you are forwarding all the port for FTP connection. I suggest this as I guess the FTP connection is attempted on a different port than 21.
