IP public is a black list to Hotmail

Hi I had a problem with my firewall public IP as it appears as blacklisted in the domain of Hotmail, so that you can not receive emails from Hotmail domain, I could help with this problem.

this is an issue not related to UTM/XG but it is a problem inside your network or your mail server is improperly configured.

Thank you very much for your help lferrara, but this problem did not exist until the XG appliance was placed in production

It can depends on a number of factors.

Make sure that your XG is configured correctly and all your inside devices are well protected.
