1 Netz durch UTM->RED mit zwei Gateways?

Hallo, 

ich glaube solangsam ich seh den Wald vor lauter Bäumen nicht mehr : 

Folgende vorhandene / geplante Konstellation

Aktuell : 
Standort 1 : MS-DC IPRange 10.1.1.0/24 & UTM ->
Standort 2 : RED -> Eigener DC IPRange 10.1.2.0/24

RED Konfig. = Transparent/Getrennt

Geplant :

Standort 1 : MS-DC IPRange 10.1.1.0/24 & UTM
Standort 2 : RED -> DC von Standort 1 IPRange 10.1.1.0/24 allerdings soll 
das Internet nicht über die Zentrale groutet werden. 

Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich?? 

Wäre für jeden Tip Dankbar!
