Dear Team, 
 How to configure NVR rule on firewall. So that I can access the cameras through static IP from anywhere.

HI, 
 normally the cameras are connected to an external server (camera supplier) which allows remote access. 
 Assumption, the static IP is on the external interface of the XG? 
 You will need a firewall rule WAN, any, LAN, IP address of your camera, service , allow, log. You will need to create a DNAT rule to allow the incoming traffic through the firewall.

 Are you referring to accessing the NVR outside your network? 
 You would need a DNAT rule with port forwarding to access it.
