HI,
normally the cameras are connected to an external server (camera supplier) which allows remote access.
Assumption, the static IP is on the external interface of the XG?
You will need a firewall rule WAN, any, LAN, IP address of your camera, service , allow, log. You will need to create a DNAT rule to allow the incoming traffic through the firewall.
