Hi mitssupport mit ,

Firewall doesn't sync/store any credential of external (AD server) user. Firewall synced user information like username, group information, email from AD server during user login process.

AFAIK, There is no need of delete/purge AD user with respect to password change event.

Can you please share access server debug log in PM so I can analyze error?

Hi Bhavik24,

Since it’s auto-synced with AD credentials, this means that when the AD password is changed, the VPN credentials should also update automatically. However, when a user’s password expires or is changed, we often need to delete the entire user account in the firewall, purge the AD, and then re-register the user.

I didn't get this point. - "when users change their Windows password, the VPN credentials do not update automatically."

Is SCC used for VPN with auto save option?
