Hi,

you need to check that there are no other firewall rules that have any services or http/s without scanning and application filtering enabled.

A further assumption you are making is that your users are actually accessing cloud applications?

Hello Jagad,

thanks for the recommendations.

I have enabled logging right now, I already have a default web policy, but TLS decryption is disabled so far, since we have few clients with specific VPN types which I need to have exceptions for...

This is how the rule looks right now.

Loads of apps in SAC, but nothing in cloud.

I will test the TLS exceptions so I can finally enable it completely.

Hi David Kucera ,

For cloud traffic reporting, use the following firewall and SSL/TLS rule settings:

Basic: Turn on Log firewall traffic for visiblity and bytes transferred.
Detailed: Turn on SSL/TLS decryption and select a web policy other than "None".
