 some of our XGS FWs have reported by mail, a new firmware update would be available for download/installation. 
 Central instead isnt reporting anything, and still shows firewall is up to date. &lt;p&gt;The current situation: SFOS will show the Staging Releases (Flagged as Staging). At this point, the firewall sees the new Firmware, but Central does not.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The reason is, Central will wait until the release is GA for all Firewalls and then make it available for all firewalls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It would be great if this would be synced to Central too, in order to apply and schedule the update for installation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now i have to wait, till central wants to update the firewall.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And it would also be great, when you upload the SIG file to the device, Central will recognize it, and you are able to schedule the installation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Uploading the file actually replace and starts already the update process.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Central is doing UP2Date from the beginning - So if the firewall is in the right staging process, it sees the firmware under &amp;quot;New Firmware available&amp;quot; usually Central also reports the same for this firewall.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Only in this scenario, Central offers to process the firmware update, we are doing this, to honor a staging and not releasing the Firmware Update to all customers at the same time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At the same time, customers with the need or urge to update now, can use the SIG file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
