I tried the SW-Installation - the PCIe passthrough works fine with that.

The strange thing is, i can not establish a SSL-VPN or RED-connection with the "SW-Installation".

As a Home user you can't raise a ticket or ask for official support outside of the community.

Your best bet is to install the Software version instead of using the KVM image provided by Sophos.

The problem should also affects the paying customers, because they use the same virtual images.

I will try it - i am using the free home-version and I hope i can raise a ticket in this situation ...
