I have a sophos sg 330 firmware 18.5.3 installed in my datacenter. Unfortunately the password has been forgotten. I tried to reset it without resetting the configuration by the method that i found in the official Sophos web site. A message appaires "Password succesfully reset to default" a similar message. but when i try the default login and password "admin" it doesn t works. ps: my liecence has been expired in 2019. and if that can make a problem can i renew it?
