Recently, the network of our office appeared slow phenomenon, when visiting some websites, the speed of loading pictures has obvious slow.
we also tried to use the laptop to connect directly to the firewall for testing, bypassing the core switch, but the slow situation persisted. When using a laptop directly connected to the fiber optic transceiver, the network speed is obviously normal. Therefore, we suspect that there should be some problems with the SOPHOS firewall.
Regarding the SOPHOS firewall, one of the issues we have now discovered is that the network speed is significantly slow when web filtering is enabled and set as the default policy. When the web filter is switched to None, the network speed seems to be restored to normal, and when some pictures are refreshed on the mobile terminal, there is still a problem of loading more than 5s.
Another problem is that we can't upgrade directly through the firmware upgrade of the firewall. When I click download, it always freezes at 0.1%.
And I also tried to upload the firmware, but the display failed.
How can I solve these problems?
