Could you show if there are any deny messages in the Log Viewer destined for translate.google.com? Are all users in the network affected or just isolated ones?

Also, you may try to configure exceptions for it. You may follow this doc guide: https://doc.sophos.com/nsg/sophos-firewall/20.0/help/en-us/webhelp/onlinehelp/AdministratorHelp/Web/Exceptions/WebExceptionAdd/index.html
