Same Internal Subnet and Sophos Connect

Hi,

All of my VPN users get a message "IKE UDP Port seems to be Blocked" while connecting but then it connects.

Secondly, one of the users gets "No response from the Gateway" and cannot connect. This user has the same LAN IP Subnet that the firewall has. Can it cause a problem? If yes, then how to resolve it without changing the subnet address?

Have you tried to use any how-to videos, documentation, Sophos Assistant, or KBA to try to check the issue?

Kindly check with packet capture and log viewer first, You may also refer to the following KB
