Sophos Firewall Home Edition

Hello everyone in the Sophos community.

I have a problem with Sophos Firewall Home. License features such as Network protection, Web protection, Email protection, Web server protection are deactivated. Even though the expiration date is Tue 31 Dec 2999.  Can someone tell me the cause and how to fix it?
